Excellent call today. Great sharing in regards to the research needed to provide ongoing change and the best service to our customers, partners and employers. As a dedicated employee at a one-stop center, I think it is vital to do all we what we can to make ALL customers feel heard, supported and assisted! Sometimes that means we need to do additional research!!! Thanks to Kim for your explanation of what you'd suggest for reaching out to the re-entry population!
