The Department of Labor (DOL) received 65 applications from state and tribal entities requesting over $1.17 billion in grant, funding assistance. The approved emergency applications collectively include disaster-relief cleanup and humanitarian assistance activities for those communities identified as significantly impacted, along with employment and training activities for grant participants.
Due to the complexity of implementing this grant, DOL’s Employment and Training Administration (ETA) is providing a series of technical assistance activities to assist grantees with successfully implementing their COVID 19 Disaster and Economic Recovery National Dislocated Worker Grant.
