In planning, Universal Design is one way to provide exemplary service in American Job Centers. In this Webcast, you will learn how Universal Design can be achieved through applying the methods of Customer Centered Design.  Design thinking for innovation across the workforce system has been found to benefit job seekers with a wide range of learning styles, language levels, intelligences, and physical mobility to help meet customer’s needs more efficiently.

This Webcast (the first link located under Related Content) outlines the meaning of Universal and Customer Centered Design.  It also highlights the five key steps of the customer centered design process to help the American Job Center achieve Universal Design principles.
