This video features four practitioners who discuss strategies for working with out of school youth to help build a future talent supply.

The participants discuss their successful experiences in working with this population including focus group sessions with youth; establishing creditability; working with an array of community partners; and utilizing a horizontal, rather than tiered vertical training model that combines work-based learning with GED instruction or classroom training.
Participants include Karen Norington-Reaves, Chief Executive, Chicago Cook Workforce Partnership; Rick Beasley, Executive Director, Career Source, South Florida; Clyde McQueen, Full Employment Council, Kansas City, Missouri and Margaret Prate, Executive Director, NW Tennessee Workforce Board.
