Program Guides, Manuals and Handbooks to Aid in Program Development and Integration
Author(s): Employment and Training Administration
Organizational Author(s): U.S. Department of Labor
A number of program guides, available manuals and instructional handbooks exist to help you achieve participant success, meet all of the requirements of a program, and integrate program services and available resources.
Under the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA), multiple mandatory and optional partners come together in the one-stop career centers to deliver a palette of services.
Guides, manuals and handbooks provide information and resources for states, local areas, non-profits and other grantees, and other stakeholders to assist with implementation of the Act.
They can also be useful in helping workforce professionals with partnership agreements, infrastructure and capacity building, financial management, program compliance, performance accountability, resource leveraging, and numerous critical tasks.
Most of all, they can help service providers and program planners mesh all of the details of many programs into an array of resources and services available to one-stop customers.
We have pulled together a few of the guides and manuals offered in WorkforceGPS to create an easy reference inventory on this page for you.
We encourage you to utilize the guides and manuals available to enhance program development, coordination and integrated service delivery.
