I attended the event and asked the question about the percentage of apprentice trainees who secure permanent positions to which the answer was 100%. Wow!!! While listening, I heard a statement about the jobs being North Carolina jobs rather than belonging to workforce entities within NC. With an apprenticeship program as successful as yours (100%): a) will you consider training veterans who hail from states other than of NC; b) other than the PLG call, will you consider training SWA's around the country; and c) on a lighter but serious note, how are you going to handle the massive influx of unemployed and under employed veterans to NC once your program becomes common knowledge?
